NJEDA Programs

The Applicant acknowledges that the NJEDA is subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et. seq.), New Jersey common law regarding disclosure of records, and may be subject to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq.). Information provided in this application may be subject to public disclosure unless the NJEDA determines that such information is exempted under New Jersey law. Upon receipt of a public request for information, and prior to any disclosure, the NJEDA shall contact the Applicant and identify any of the Applicant’s information that is responsive to the request. The Applicant shall have the opportunity to provide feedback on the responsive information.
